The main focus of the American drama television series Army Wives was the lives of four army wives, one army husband, and their families. Army Wives 1st series was broadcast live on a cable channel Lifetime on June 3, 2007, it’s all seven seasons ran till June 9, 2013. Lifetime’s 23-year history this Army Wives series attracted a huge audience. According to Lifetime, the largest audience for Lifetime was between 10:00 and 11:00 in December 2007. This series received  loving and appreciating reviews from viewers , also nominations for several awards, five ASCAP Awards, and one Gracie Allen Award.

The picked up date of the Army Wives show was September 21, 2012, in its seventh season the show had thirteen episodes which aired in 2013 on Lifetime. The show’s seventh season ended on  September 24, 2013. Later on March 16, 2014 the channel started a two-hour retrospective special with Army Wives cast members to celebrate the series.
